Experience Nottinghamshire, Deputy Chief Executive and Head of Marketing
As head of operations I helped put in place the building blocks that established Experience Nottinghamshire as the place marketing agency for Nottinghamshire – growing turnover from £650k to £2.7m.
Achievements and highlights
- Delivering the “Big N” place brand and giving media interviews on BBC TV Breakfast programme, BBC national radio and local radio coverage.
- Launch and management of the Championing Notts corporate citizenship scheme – working with Experian, Capital One, Boots the Chemist, universities and other world class businesses raising £350k pa.
- Launch and management of the Nottinghamshire tourism commercial membership scheme underpinned by a state of the art destination management system.
- Managed the transfer of staff and revenue budget for the Nottingham Tourism Centre.
