Nicola was employed to set up Cardiff & Co as the official marketing agency for Cardiff promoting the city as a destination for leisure and business tourism, events and inward investment.
Highlights and achievements
Cardiff & Co new identity
- Prepared the three-year business plan, established corporate governance arrangements and recruited the executive team.
- Developed the destination website, and launched a commercial membership scheme to engage with the visitor economy.
- Operationally the organisation executed marketing campaigns, media relations, market research and intelligence supported by monitoring and evaluation.
- Established the process and appointed the agency to develop the Cardiff City place brand.
